Boiled Snails in Brine

Before washing the snails, be sure to soak them in salt water overnight, so that the bacteria and silt will be soaked out, and then rinse them out with clean water the next day (standby).

Wash the green onion and ginger, cut the green onion into sections and slice the ginger.

Add water to the pot, pour the snails and green onion ginger.

Add appropriate amount of salt and rice wine (to remove fishy) and bring to a boil.

Bring to a boil, cook for 7-9 minutes, and see the snails protruding out.

Pour out the soup of the boiled snails and serve it ^_^.
