Tips:
1. Hard boiled eggs, when laying eggs, the water should not boil too much, it will disperse the egg whites, so when laying the eggs, adjust them to medium and small fires.
2. Hard-boiled eggs, do not lay the eggs too tightly, the eggs tend to stick together, so it is best to wait at least about 10 seconds.
3. The fermented rice should not be boiled for too long. The fiber of the lees is easy to grow old and will chew constantly. So it’s tender enough to just boil.
4. It is best not to eat the fermented rice wine directly, because there are many fermenting microorganisms, and eat too much raw rice wine (raw rice wine, not cold rice wine, it is not called raw rice wine, don’t Confused concept), prone to prolapse. Therefore, it is better to eat uncooked rice distilled rice after heating it. It can be blanched with boiling water to kill microorganisms.
5. The soft-boiled eggs should not be cooked for too long. After basically five minutes, they will be almost no-hearted.
6. The eggs that pregnant women eat are best not to be heartbroken and cooked thoroughly.
