Coconut-flavored taro boiled water melon is a vegetarian dish, but it has a rich aroma, soft and glutinous, sweet and delicious, can cool off the heat, clear the heat, appetizing, and health care. It is a popular Cantonese dish in summer. Those who are accustomed to eating big fish and meat, in summer, it is better to change to a fresh version of coconut-flavored taro boiled water melon. Perhaps its taste and color will make you love it.

Ingredients

Boiled Water Melon with Coconut Milk and Taro

1. Prepare the ingredients, peel the loofah, cut into pieces and set aside, peel the taro, wash and cut into dices, slice carrots, fresh lotus seeds and gorgon rice, wash and set aside

2. Stir-fry the water melon with vegetable oil, serve and set aside

3. Stir-fried taro, fresh lotus seeds and gorgon rice, add broth
