1. Loofah peeled and cut into hob blocks
2. Pour in edible oil, pour in loofah, stir fry evenly
3. Add salt and water, mix well
4. Boil on high heat to low heat for 5 minutes
5. Add chicken powder, rapeseed oil, diced carrots and serve.
