Boiled Watercress

Preparation materials

Boil a pot of water, add a few slices of ginger and some oil

Add watercress and heat it until just cooked, pick up a plate and set aside
4.
Heat the pan, add oil and sauté the garlic, turn off the heat
5.
Drizzle the oily garlic on the cooked watercress
6.
Pour the soy sauce into the dish and serve
