Wash and dice the purchased beef thighs and put them in a soup pot to make the soup

Tomato potatoes and carrots, diced and set aside

Put the oil in a pan and heat it up and sauté the butter and onion over a low heat

Add diced tomatoes and salt and stir-fry until

Put the beef broth into the soup pot and simmer slowly

Add carrots and diced potatoes to the boiled soup, bring to a boil, turn to a low heat and continue heating

When making the soup, I used a small saucepan to fry the flour over low heat until slightly brown

Add flour to the boiled soup and stir evenly until the soup is thick

The finished product is out of the pot (the cabbage is not put in because someone in the family doesn't eat it, so you can add it by yourself)
