Bracken Fiddlehead

Prepare fresh bracken, wash and leave young shoots;

Boil water, add the washed bracken, blanch until cooked;

The braised bracken is blanched in ice water;
4.
Remove and drain the water and put it on a plate;

Hot pot, stir fragrant olive oil, sesame oil, minced garlic and chili;

1. Choose young shoots for bracken;
