Braided Sausage Rolls

All the ingredients are mixed in the bread machine and fermented. The dough that has been fermented at a time is removed, and the internal air is gently pressed. Evenly divided into 6 small portions, kneaded into a round shape and left for about 10 minutes.

Take a small dough and knead it into a long strip with a thick end and a thin end as shown in the figure.

Roll out into thin slices.

Place a small sausage on the wide end and roll it up. The thin end is divided into three equal parts as shown in the figure.

Braid it up!

Then roll up the braided braids.

After making all 6 of them, carry out the second fermentation. After the second fermentation, you can see that the rolls are plump! The round and plump look is good. Brush with egg liquid.
