Braised African Crucian Carp

1. African crucian carp is washed clean and salted for preparation.
Slice garlic.
Sliced ginger.
Break the dry chilies.
Cut green onions into sections.

2. Put the oil in the pan to heat up, put the African crucian carp in it and fry it on one side. When turning it over and fry, put the garlic slices, ginger slices and dried chilies into it.
