Roasted African Crucian Carp with Wolfberry

1. Wash the African crucian carp.

2. Wash the wolfberry; chopped green onion and minced ginger.

3. Scratch the fish, spread salt and pepper, and marinate the light soy sauce for 20 minutes.

4. Coat the marinated fish with starch.

5. Preheat the baking pan with oil, put the fish in and start frying.
