Roasted African Crucian Carp with Wolfberry

Wash the African crucian carp.

Wash the wolfberry; chopped green onion and minced ginger.
3.
Scratch the fish, spread salt and pepper, and marinate the light soy sauce for 20 minutes.

Coat the marinated fish with starch.
5.
Preheat the baking pan with oil, put the fish in and start frying.
6.
Fry until golden on 2 sides and set aside.
7.
Heat oil in a pot and sauté the minced ginger.
8.
Bring a bowl of water to a boil.
9.
Add fish and wolfberry, add light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, and sugar.
10.
Cook until the juice is collected; sprinkle with chopped green onion.
