According to the fish seller, there are not many bones in African crucian carp. For a rookie like me, I can't even tell what the crucian car looks like, so there is nothing to choose from, 囧. Sorry, no process diagram was taken. The method is very simple, I followed the steps of the masters:

1. Heat oil in a pan, fry until golden on both sides. In this step, the fish body burst open at the place where I swiped a few times. I didn't expect it. Maybe the next time I swipe it, cut it a little bit shallower, okay?

Put vinegar, sugar, dark soy sauce, cooking wine, pepper, chili pepper, salt and monosodium glutamate in a frying pan, stir-fry, add water, add the fried fish, and cook until the juice is collected. In this step, my fish burst more severely. I was depressed, and the water was a little too much, so I can’t cook it for too long.
