Braised Bamboo Shoots with Fusilli Meat

The ingredients are as shown in the picture. The fresh bamboo shoots I bought were cut from the supermarket, and the snail meat was also bought at the supermarket.

Boil water in a pot, boil the bamboo shoots and blanch the water to remove the astringency
