Braised Beef

Cut the beef into cubes.

Soak in clean water and change the water several times to remove blood.

The June braised soy sauce, green onion, ginger, garlic, chili, rock sugar, the material package is ready, you can replace the material package with star anise, bay leaves, fennel seeds.

Put the beef in a pot under cold water, add a few slices of ginger to remove the smell, and boil the water to remove the bleeding foam.

Rinse the beef with warm water instead of cold water. Cold water will tighten the meat and make it difficult to stew.

Add oil to the pot, add the ginger, garlic and chili to the pot and sauté.

Stir the beef in the pan.

Cook into the cooking wine.

Add June braised soy sauce.

Tips:
The beef tendon meat I use is firmer, so the stewing time is longer. If it is the other parts of the beef, the time can be determined according to the situation.
If the beef stew package is not available, use home star anise, fennel seeds, and bay leaves instead.
