Braised Beef Flavor Noodles

Wash the lettuce and cut into small pieces, chop the green onions, dice the stewed beef, cut the carrots, and soak the dried mushrooms into small dices.

Pour olive oil into the pot, add green onions and sauté until fragrant.

Add diced mushrooms and diced carrots.

Tips:
Adding salt to the flour can make the noodles firmer, and the dough will be firmer, which can prevent stickiness.
The beef sauce itself is salty enough, so don't add salt when cooking.
