I went to the supermarket and bought a piece of savory braised beef. There was a small piece left. I didn’t know how to eat it. My husband bought a uniform bowl of "Stewed beef sauce noodles." Stir-fry together, mix on the noodles, and finish in minutes. The large pieces of beef are paired with fragrant sauce, full of happiness~

Ingredients

Braised Beef Flavor Noodles

1. Prepare all raw materials

2. Cut the white part of the shallots into small sections and mince the green part of the shallots

3. Cut the carrots and mushrooms into small dices, and cut the stewed beef into large dices

4. Pour a little cooking oil into the pot

5. Pour beef sauce and stir fry

6. Add the shallots and stir well

7. Pour in diced carrots and diced mushrooms and stir-fry until ripe

8. Add the diced beef and stir fry evenly

9. Serve out and set aside

10. Put water in the pot, add the noodles after boiling

11. Take out the cooked noodles and soak them in cold water; it is best to boil in cold white, the noodles soaked in cold water will be stronger

12. Drain the noodles, add the fried beef sauce, sprinkle with chopped green onion, mix well and serve

Tips:

1. Since the beef sauce is already salty, there is no need to add additional salt;
2. I put carrots and shiitake mushrooms as auxiliary materials. This is a random combination, and you can also put some onions;
3. When cooking the noodles, it must not be overcooked, as long as it is cooked, the noodles are not easy to stick and lump after the water, and the taste is more chewy.
