Our guy likes to eat meat, especially small ribs.
Today I made a braised beef short rib and waited for the young man to come back from school to eat.
It’s different from the past. Stir-fried onion oil, it's super fragrant. Very delicious!

Braised Beef Short Ribs

1. Prepare all the raw materials.

2. Wash the beef, boil it in clean water, and blanch it.

3. Then remove, wash, and drain the water.

4. Put the beef into the electric pressure cooker, add the ginger slices, and pour the cooking wine.

5. Add appropriate amount of water and cook for 35 minutes. Cook until soft.

6. You can prepare side dishes at this time. Wash parsley and cut into small pieces.

7. Wash the onion and cut into strips.

8. After the beef short ribs are cooked, heat the oil in the pan, add the onions and stir fry to create a fragrant flavor.

9. Then remove the onions. My family doesn't like to eat onions, as long as they taste like onions.

10. Leave onion oil in the pot, add the cooked beef short ribs, and stir fry.

11. Pour in the right amount of dark soy sauce and stir-fry for color.

12. Pour in the soup of the boiled steak and bring to a boil.

13. Then add the right amount of sugar.

14. Add a little fresh extract.

15. Season with salt to taste.

16. Pour in the parsley and collect the juice over high heat.

17. Sprinkle garlic leaves out of the pot. Super fragrant.

Tips:

The beef short ribs do not necessarily need to be cooked in an electric pressure cooker. It can be boiled directly in an ordinary pot over an open flame, and a pressure cooker is also OK, which saves time.
Don't omit this step of onion oil, it's really fragrant.
