His father wants to participate in a marathon. In the past few days, I will add vegetables to him. This is not just a pot of savory beef tendon, but also eggs and dried tofu. If you like it, don’t miss it. We can use the marinade as we like, add some dried chili if we like spicy, or add a little more salt if we like salty.

Braised Beef Tendon

1. Prepare beef tendon, eggs, dried tofu, and braised ingredients.

2. Boil the eggs in a pan under cold water, turn off the heat and simmer for ten minutes.

3. Before boiling the eggs, cut the beef tendons and soak them in clean water.

4. Soak the halogen material in advance before using it.

5. Peel the hard-boiled eggs and mix them with the soaked beef tendon and dried tofu, and then add water and ginger slices.

6. Then add light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, cooking wine, and sugar to adjust the flavor you want, and then cover it to boil on medium heat, then turn to low heat and simmer for 2 hours.

7. The picture shows the good marinade appearance and color. The marinade is filtered out and reheated, and it becomes an old marinade.

8. Slice it and put it on a plate. In the morning, it can be served with a bowl of rice porridge. In the evening, it can be served with wine for the baby dad.

Tips:

Braised soup is a good condiment, it can be frozen or refrigerated after filtering and reheating.
