I originally wanted to make bitter gourd stewed ribs, but I bought fish and forgot the ribs. I went home and checked the refrigerator. I found that there were two pieces of pig skin and a bit of pork, so I temporarily combined this dish. However, although the ingredients are temporarily combined, the cooked taste is very good. The bitter gourd is simmered until soft, with the aroma of meat and tempeh, plus the pork skin after being fried for half an hour. The taste is very chewy and delicious. "

Braised Bitter Gourd with Soy Pork Skin

1. Wash and slice pork and pig skin.

2. Wash the bitter gourd to the naan and cut into thick slices; wash the pepper to remove the seeds and slices inside.

3. Cut chives into sections; slice ginger.

4. Heat oil in a pan, add pork skin and fry until golden brown, then add ginger and saute until fragrant.

5. Put the lean meat and stir fry, add salt.

6. Add bitter gourd and stir fry.

7. Add tempeh and stir fry.

8. Add a large bowl of water to boil, add some light soy sauce, a little dark soy sauce.

9. Cover and simmer on medium heat for 30 minutes.

10. When the bitter gourd is simmered soft and the soup becomes thick, thicken it with wet starch, add the chives and quickly stir a few times to get out of the pot.

Tips:

1. Because the tempeh itself also has a salty taste, you can put less salt as appropriate.

2. Add a little soy sauce to make the color look better.
