Braised Bream Head

Wash the fish head in water, shred the carrots, and cut the onion, garlic, and ginger.

Bring the oil to a boil and add the shallots, garlic, and ginger. Add the fish head and fry on both sides.

After frying on both sides, pour in bean paste, rice wine, soy sauce, brown sugar and a small amount of salt. Add water after one minute~

After simmering for 2 minutes, add tofu and carrots (if you like raw carrots, you can add them later).

Add the chopped green onions and the chicken essence and start the pot
