Braised Cabbage with Shrimp

Wash the cabbage and cut it into small pieces.

Slice pork and chop green onions.
3.
Wash the shrimp and cut off the shrimp silk.

Add pork with cold oil in a hot pan and stir fry.

Add chopped green onions and stir fry until fragrant, then add cabbage and stir fry.

Add a spoonful of Weijixian soy sauce and stir fry evenly.

Stir-fry the cabbage until it is ripe, fry some moisture, add shrimp and stir fry. A small amount of water can be added to the cabbage if there is no water out of the pot.

Stir-fry until the shrimps are cooked through, add salt and mix thoroughly.
Tips:
When the cabbage is fried, water will appear. If the cabbage is relatively dry, you can add a small amount of water.
