1. Prepare materials
2. Mung beans and rice are soaked for more than 4 hours.
3. Warm cup with boiling water, simmer for 5 minutes and then discard.
4. The soaked mung beans and rice are sprinkled with sugar and put into the braising pot.
5. Inject 400 ml of boiling water.
6. Tighten the lid and simmer for more than 8 hours.
7. After 8 hours, open the braising pot and pour it into a bowl, or drink it directly in the braising pot, it’s OK!
