Braised Cauliflower with Dace in Black Bean Sauce

Main and auxiliary materials: cauliflower, canned dace in tempeh.

Wash the cauliflower and break it into small flowers.

Boil water in a pot, add cauliflower and blanch it.
4.
After removing the cold water, drain the water for later use.

Heat oil, fry the scallions, add cauliflower.

Stir it evenly.

Put the dace in tempeh.
8.
Continue to stir fry and season with salt.

Stir well and turn off the heat.

Put it out of the pot and serve it on a plate.
Tips:
1. Because the tempeh has a taste, you should taste it when you season it with salt.
2. With the tempeh, it is not appropriate to put dark-colored seasonings such as soy sauce.
