Braised Chicken Nuggets

Cut the green onion into sections, slice the ginger, and prepare the accessories

Put the chicken nuggets in the pot, put in cold water and heat

Blanch out the "waste" in the chicken nuggets with hot water

Put oil in the pot, heat up, add green onion, ginger, chili, aniseed, sugar, etc. to fry until fragrant, then add chicken nuggets, mushrooms and light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, cooking wine, and continue to stir-fry until the chicken nuggets are evenly colored.

Pour hot water into the pot to submerge the chicken nuggets, cover and boil, turn to medium heat and simmer, add appropriate amount of salt later.

In order to taste it can be simmered for some time, I used it for more than an hour
