Braised Chicken Nuggets with Garlic

Wash and chop the chicken, add a little oyster sauce, mix well and marinate for about 20 minutes.

Cut green and red pepper into pieces and slice ginger.

Pour a little oil in a hot pan, add ginger slices and chicken nuggets and fry until the chicken nuggets turn color and oil.

Pour the cooking wine and stir-fry until the alcohol is volatilized and dried.

Add garlic cloves and continue to fry until the garlic cloves turn light yellow.

Add hoisin sauce, oyster sauce, sugar and stir-fry until it is colored.

Pour in 2 cups of water and bring to a boil. Turn to medium-low heat and simmer.
