Braised Chicken Wing Tips

Ingredients: Wash the tips of chicken wings.

Accessories: green onions, two gingers, a small carrot.

Cut green onion into pieces, shred ginger, and slice carrot.

Only a little bit of salt and pepper powder, white pepper powder, and fresh spicy powder are sprinkled. If you like a strong taste, you can add more.

Add all the above ingredients and seasonings to the tips of the chicken wings, stir evenly and marinate for about a quarter of an hour.

Tips:
1. When cooking, add hot water, which is easy to cook and taste. The amount of water is enough to submerge the chicken wings.
2. When the marinade becomes less, change the torch to thicken the juice, whichever is not dry.
