Braised Chicken Wings

Boil the fresh chicken wings in boiling water, remove them after changing the color, and control the water.

Prepare ingredients: slice green onion, slice ginger; pepper, star anise, bay leaf, dried chili.

Put bottom oil in the pot, turn on a low heat, and add sugar.

After the sugar melts, add the chicken wings and stir fry.
