A kind of fish that is very picky about the environment-Valerian tilapia, also known as Huazi fish by the locals, is deeply attracted by the reason: steaming can maximize its fresh and mellow original flavor, and it is made into braised sauce. The taste is not complicated. You only need to fry it, add seasonings and cook, and the fresh fish will be out of the pot with a fresh fragrance. It is truly delicious~

Braised Chinese Fish

1. Very fresh mandarin fish,

2. Prepare edamame kernels.

3. Sauce: Use minced ginger + garlic mash + sugar + vinegar + light soy sauce + sesame oil + warm water.

4. Clean up the Huazi fish, drain and set aside

5. Heat the oil in the pot, add the Chinese koi fish

6. Fry until slightly yellow on both sides and serve.

7. Separate the pot, add oil, pour in the washed edamame and stir fry thoroughly

8. Add the fried yellow Chinese zi fish, cook the rice wine, pour in the sauce, simmer for 3 minutes, slightly reduce the juice

9. Put it in a container and start eating~
