Steamed Mandarin Fish

Wash the mandarin fish, wipe the inside and outside of the fish body with salt, then coat the inside and outside of the fish body with cooking wine, spread the green onion and ginger, and marinate for about 20 minutes

Cut several knives into the mandarin fish in parallel, not too deep, turn it over, and put ginger in the opening of the fish.

Put water in the pot to boil

Add the marinated fish and steam for 8...10 minutes

Shred the green and red pepper and prepare for steaming fish bean drum oil for later use

Turn off the heat for 10 minutes and take out the steamed fish

After the steaming is done, pour out the water in the dish and remove the ginger onions

Spread green and red pepper shreds, and pour 2 spoons of steamed fish bean oil
