Thaw and clean the mandarin fish

Put oil in the wok and saute the pepper, add the Chinese fish and fry until both sides are browned

Add sugar, green onion, ginger and garlic, add vinegar and soy sauce after a slight aroma

Add water to submerge the body of the fish and bring it to a low heat for 5 minutes.
Tips:
1. Put the peppercorns and saute first, then put the fish, which can remove the fishy smell;
2. Huazi fish has a slender body and tender meat, so there is no need to stew for too long to keep the fish fresh and tender.
