Huazi fish are frozen when they are bought back. They are very fresh. They can be rinsed after the ice has melted. The braised fish has always been a favorite of our family members. This fish is also very tender after it is made.

Home-style Braised Fish

1. Thaw and clean the mandarin fish

2. Put oil in the wok and saute the pepper, add the Chinese fish and fry until both sides are browned

3. Add sugar, green onion, ginger and garlic, add vinegar and soy sauce after a slight aroma

4. Add water to submerge the body of the fish and bring it to a low heat for 5 minutes.

Tips:

1. Put the peppercorns and saute first, then put the fish, which can remove the fishy smell;
