This is The Fish on The New Year’s Table, It’s Booming... Steamed with Garlic and Chopped Pepper

1. Prepare chopped pepper, minced garlic and ginger slices.

2. Clean the mandarin fish to remove the head and tail.

3. Cut the fish into equal parts, and don't cut off the belly of the fish.

4. Place ginger slices on the bottom of the plate and arrange the mandarin fish in a pattern.

5. Add cooking wine and pepper.

6. Add oil to the wok and heat it up, add minced garlic, chop peppers, and stir fry with a spoonful of sugar.

7. Spread the minced garlic and chopped pepper on top of the fish.

8. Steam in a steamer for 12-15 minutes. Simmer for 3 minutes.

9. Pour out the steamed fish juice, pour some steamed fish soy sauce or light soy sauce, top with hot oil, and sprinkle with garlic sprouts.

Tips:

The broth of the steamed fish must be poured out, otherwise the fish will have a heavier taste.
The chopped pepper is very salty, so no salt is added, this is adjusted by yourself.
