Speaking of it, the most common way to cook chicken drumsticks is probably braised. Since I left a pot of old brine last time, I often buy some meat and cook it. Originally I wanted to buy chicken drumsticks, but the supermarket did not have it, so I had to buy 2 drumsticks instead of Xiaha.

Braised Drumsticks

1. Prepare 2 lute legs and wash

2. Pour the drumsticks into the water, add some cooking wine and ginger slices, and boil

3. After the water is boiled, you can take the chicken legs out and rinse them off with cold water

4. Add the braised pork buns to the old brine and bring to a boil

5. Pour the chicken drumsticks into the pot, turn to medium and low heat and cook until the drumsticks are crispy.

6. Add appropriate amount of salt to taste before starting the pan

7. The boiled lute legs can be eaten right away

Tips:

1. The drumsticks are washed with cold water after being over water, the surface is not easy to break;
2. I use old brine to cook the drumsticks. If you don't have it, you can just add an extra seasoning package and boil it with water instead;
3. Soy sauce and dark soy sauce were not added during the process, so the color is not very deep. If you like darker ones, you can add appropriate amount of soy soy sauce;
4. After cooking the soup of the lute leg, you can continue to boil it, and keep it sealed after cooling. It will be the old brine next time.
