Wash the duck feet, put it in a pot of cold water, boil and cook for about 3 minutes to remove the floating powder. Take out the cold water and clean it.

Put all the ingredients in the pot, add boiling water, and cover all the duck feet. Cover the pot and braise the whole process. Pay attention to the amount of seasoning water and avoid sticking the pot. According to the preference of soft and hard, add water and braise several times, I added 3 times.
