Spicy Braised Duck Head

Pour in some oil, add ginger, pepper, chili, etc. to fragrant, then add green onion, ginger, garlic, bay leaf, cinnamon and star anise and stir fry.

If you think it is not spicy enough, you can add chili powder, etc. My family does not put it so spicy because we have to take care of the children. In fact, it will be more delicious and flavorful if it is spicy. Add cilantro to prepare the pot.
