Braised Duck Feet

Ingredients.

Wash the duck feet with clean water and cut off your nails.

Prepare a small packet of ginger onions and marinated ingredients. Or prepare some bay leaves, cinnamon, star anise, and anise.

Add ginger and green onions, and boil water.

Add the duck feet to blanch water. Then wash it with warm water.

The blanched duck feet are put into the pot with ginger, green onions and spice bag.

Bring the old braised soup to a boil again, add the water and duck feet to the boil in step 6. Then remove the scum. After it is boiled, turn to a small bittern for 1 hour, and then soak again. Set the time according to your taste.

Tips:
1. If there is no old stewed soup, just use star anise, bay leaves, cinnamon, chives, ginger, cumin, add the right amount of old soy sauce, cooking wine and the duck feet.
2. It is also possible to replace spices with sachets.
