Duck Foot Seaweed Soup

Wash the duck feet and set aside

Pour the right amount of water into the pot and pour the duck feet into the pot

Add the right amount of shredded lean meat, cover and cook for 10 minutes

When the duck feet are boiled, the kelp can be soaked, and the dried kelp can be soaked in water until soft, washed and drained.

Cut the soaked seaweed into small pieces and cook in a pot

Cover the lid and boil on high heat and change to low heat for half an hour until the duck feet are cooked
7.
Add salt and season to a boil
Tips:
After soaking the dried kelp, be sure to wash it a few times, there is mud and sand.
