Griddle Duck Feet

Put the duck feet in a pot, add water, put ginger slices and green onions to cook. Pick up after cooking and drain.

Other things can be prepared during the cooking of the duck feet. Cut potatoes into strips (for the sake of beauty, I went to the vegetable market to buy a knife for cutting potato strips), sliced onions, sliced peppers, and sliced green onions.

Pour oil in the pot (you can use more, you can use it for fried potatoes and fried duck feet later). After the oil is boiled, add the cooked duck feet and fry them until the surface of the duck feet is golden brown, and remove.

Pour in the potato chips and fry them a little bit, about a minute or so (don’t need to be too cooked, we will fry them once later), and remove them after frying them.

Continue to use the remaining oil in the pot, pour in the cut chili, pepper and spices, fry until the chili turns dark red, and add 4 spoons of bean paste (the mother-made bean paste is much better than the one sold outside). Continue to fry until the aroma is released.

Pour in the fried duck feet, garlic, onions, potato chips, and green onions in turn. Stir-fry the potato strips over high heat until the potato strips are cooked (you can use chopsticks to pinch it, and you can pinch it off), add appropriate amount of salt, chicken essence, and cumin powder.
