Many people may find it difficult to burn meat dishes! Actually not! I think the meat dishes are simple. It doesn't require high heat. It can be simmered on a medium heat after it is fried. The only difficulty may be the control of the amount of water.

Ingredients

Braised Duck Meat

1. This is to prepare the cut duck meat and blanch it with boiling water. Then wash and prepare to fry.

2. Cut some ginger and garlic

3. Stir fry

4. Then pour the duck in and stir fry.

5. You can fry for a while and it's okay

6. Add cooking wine and dark soy sauce. Continue to stir fry

7. add water! I added hot water to save some time.

8. Just cook for a while and change to medium heat.

9. One spoonful of salt, half a spoonful of MSG and one spoonful of sugar! All my braised meats and seasonings are usually this amount. Add salt if it's too weak.

10. Chopped green onions

11. Reduce the heat to collect the juice, put the scallion in it and flip it

12. It's ready to be out of the pot. Just sprinkle some green onions and serve on the plate.
