Braised Duck Neck

Duck neck.

Wash the duck neck with water and cut into sections.

Heat up a frying pan, add small red peppers and stir.

Add the duck neck and stir fry.

Pour in the right amount of beer.

Add ginger and stir well.

Pour in the right amount of dark soy sauce and stir well.

Add cinnamon and anise and stir well.
9.
Add an appropriate amount of salt and stir well.

Add rock sugar to a boil, then change to low heat and simmer until the duck neck is cooked.
