Braised Duck Wings

Put the duck wings in a pot and stir fry, just add a little oil.

Fry slowly and patiently until the surface of the duck wings changes color.

Put some ginger slices in to get rid of the fishy

Put the marinated lemon in and stir fry.
5.
Put the braised duck wings with water in the pot. The amount of water is equal to that of the duck's wings.

Cover the lid and simmer dry water.
7.
Then it can be out of the pot.
