Salt and Pepper Duck Wings

Wash duck wings

Add water to the pot, add duck wings, green onion, ginger, and cooking wine to a boil. After boiling, skim the bubbles

Add light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, dried chili, cinnamon, star anise, Angelica dahurica, etc., turn to low heat and simmer for 30 minutes, turn off the heat, simmer for another 30 minutes, remove and drain the soup

Widen the oil in the pan, add duck wings and fry

Deep fried until golden on both sides

Leave the bottom oil in the pot, add the green onion, ginger, garlic, and dry chili to fry the flavor

Add the fried duck wings and stir fry, sprinkle in salt and pepper, and out of the pan
Tips:
I bought a spice bag, and some spices are not well-known. The duck wings are simmered for 30 minutes after they are cooked in order to add more flavor to the duck wings.
