Braised Duck with Gluten

Ingredients
400g duck leg, 200g gluten, 10g green chili
Accessories; right amount of oil, salt, right amount of Korean chili sauce 20g green onions 10g ginger 2g peppercorns 2g cooking wine 2g soy sauce 2g chicken essence 2g dried red pepper 5g

Wash the duck legs and cut into pieces
