Braised Duck with Winter Melon

Slice the garlic and ginger, cut the millet pepper into circles, cut the scallion white into sections, and chop the scallion greens for later use.

Peel the wax gourd, wash and cut into pieces.

Wash the duck meat, drain the water, and chop into pieces.
