Braised Elbow with Braised Sauce

Wash the pork knuckles

Then tie the pork knuckles with a clean string. At the same time, prepare the "Braised Pork Seasoning"

Put the tied pork knuckles into a pot of cold water. Boil and cook for 2 minutes to remove peculiar smell

Take out the pork knuckles, wash them, and cut off the blue marks

Add appropriate amount of water to the electric pressure cooker, and pour the "broiled pork seasoning"

Put in pork knuckle

After boiling. Season with salt

Cover cover. Simmer for about 30 minutes

After releasing the pressure, turn the pork knuckle over.

Cover, continue to simmer for about 20 minutes
