Braised Fish Fillet with Tofu and Enoki Mushroom

Prepare the necessary ingredients, I am selling fish fillets at the vegetable farm.

Fish fillets are marinated with oil, salt, dark soy sauce and cornstarch for preparation.

Soak the tofu and enoki mushrooms in water for 2 minutes, then drain, and cut the tofu into small pieces.

Ginger slices and mince. Drain the sauerkraut and cut into pieces after washing.

Put oil in the pot, heat up to 70%, add some salt and then pour in tofu and fry until golden on both sides.

Add enoki mushrooms, peppers, and water to a boil.

Add sauerkraut and stir the soy sauce lightly.

Put the fish fillets in without stirring, cover the pot and simmer until the soup is closed, then sprinkle the coriander out of the pot.
