Braised Fish Head

Today’s fish head is very fresh. It’s a bit guilty to just kill it. Ask the boss to chop it into pieces for me, come back and wash it up, mix well with salt, soy sauce and light soy sauce, and marinate for half an hour.

Put it on the pot, add the green onions and ginger in the hot oil, and fry it for a fragrant flavor

Put the fish head in, cover it, high heat, I poured some white wine along the side of the pot, and then reduced the heat to let the fish head simmer in it.

This finished picture is really ugly, but it tastes so delicious and there is no smell at all, so I can get rid of this pot by myself.
Tips:
1. If you like spicy food, you can add chili sauce and mix well in the first step
2. Be careful when pouring the white wine, don't get too close, the white wine will burn if it touches the fire, but it will disappear all at once.
