Braised Fish with Capers

Wash the beans and let the water dry

Boil a pot of water, let it cool, add salt, pour it into a clean container without oil and water, soak for about two days to make kimchi

Cut the soaked beans into sections

Dry clean the fish

Heat the oil pan and place the cleaned dried fish in the oil pan

Fry until slightly soft

Pour half a cup of water along the side of the pot and place the capers on top

Sprinkle with a spoonful of chopped chili and ginger

Cover the pot and simmer until the juice is slightly collected
10.
Sprinkle in an appropriate amount of salt, and stir evenly

Out of the pot
Tips:
1. Dried fish will be dusty during the production. Rinse it with water before doing it. Drain the water on the surface and put it into the oil pan to avoid splashing oil and hurting people.
2. The fish will be more fragrant if it is fried and simmered.
3. Don't turn it too much after being poured into the water to avoid the dried fish from breaking up.
