Braised Fish with Scallions

Clean up the fish.

Wash the scallions and cut into sections.
3.
Heat oil, add scallions and sauté until fragrant.

Put in the partial mouth fish.
5.
Boom the fire, cook with cooking wine and old vinegar.

Add some light soy sauce.

Add water.

After boiling, remove the foam.

Cook for 8 minutes on medium and low heat, add salt and sugar to taste.

Finally, pick out the green onions and don’t use them.

Put it out of the pot and serve it on a plate.
Tips:
In order to keep the fish intact, it is not advisable to turn the noodles when cooking. The soup should be more watery and the fish should be cooked thoroughly at one time.
