Liyu is called African crucian in Guangdong, and tilapia in some places. It has a strong smell of soil, and it is used for braising to solve this problem. "

Braised Fish with Tofu

1. Wash the standing fish, marinate it with salt and cooking wine for 15 minutes, then rinse it again and wipe off the water.

2. Cut tofu into cubes, chopped green onions, and slice ginger.

3. Peel garlic.

4. Heat the oil in a pan, put the fish in, and fry on medium-high heat until the surface is golden.

5. Turn it over and fry the tofu. (If the pot is small, you can fry the tofu first.)

6. When frying the fish, mix the sauce (flavored tempeh, sweet noodle sauce, tomato sauce, sugar and cooking wine), then pour into half of the rice bowl and mix well.

7. Set the tofu aside, add sliced ginger, garlic and green onion until fragrant.

8. Pour in the sauce, cover and cook on medium-low heat for 8 minutes.

9. In the meantime, pour the sauce on the fish to make it evenly flavored.

10. It is best to sprinkle the remaining chopped green onion and cook for a while.

11. Slightly spicy, very delicious.
