Braised Fish with Winter Vegetables-jiesai Private Kitchen
1.
The mandarin fish is slaughtered and scraped to remove the scales (mandarin fish can be scaled with professional tools or the seller can handle it on behalf of the seller). After opening the mandarin fish, remove the gills and internal organs and rinse with clean water. If the fish is too big, open it on the back of the fish, soak the winter vegetables twice with water to remove some saltiness, and pat the garlic to loosen.
2.
Pour oil into the pot and add shredded ginger, winter vegetables, minced garlic, sugar, processed mandarin fish and water.
3.
Close the lid and start the "dry pan frying" function.
4.
After cooking, use a fish spatula to pick up the fish, pour the broth and sprinkle with shallots.
Tips:
1. Winter vegetables have saltiness, so no salt is needed.
2. Winter vegetables are relatively salty, so wash them twice with water.
3. Add more oil to this dish, otherwise it won't taste good.
