Braised Golden Pomfret with Tofu

Wash the golden pomfret, and use a knife to make a tic-tac-toe on both sides with an oblique knife. (Pictured)

Cut the tofu into thicker slices.

Slice the ginger, cut the green onion with an oblique knife, and peel the garlic.

Heat the oil pan, fry the fish until golden, turn it over.

Fry the tofu.

Add ginger and garlic until fragrant.

Add very fresh soy sauce, sugar, cooking wine and a small bowl of water and cook until the fish is cooked through. On the way, use a spoon to pour the sauce on the fish so that both sides are delicious, and the tofu should be turned over.

Finally, add the chopped green onion and cook for a while.
